Perhaps one of the greatest culinary experiences of a lifetime, The French Laundry in Yountville certainly lives up to its three Michelin stars. I opted for the Vegetable Tasting, which showcased vegetables and herbs grown in the restaurant's garden. Click through to see all nine courses and more.

Ani D Singing My Favorite Song at the Fillmore
Ani Difranco played at the Fillmore tonight, and it was an acoustic set. Score! After months of anticipating this concert, it was everything I could have possibly hoped for. She rocked oldies like "Both Hands" and "Fire Door," and nailed ones from her new album too.

Happy St. Patrick's Day! I saw this beautiful box of rainbow chard at the Ferry building today. The produce is scarce this week . . . but the chard is plentiful!
